The event planning team at the Porter County Expo has decades of experience in assisting our local non profits in the successful planning and implementation of all types of fundraising events.
The Porter County Expo is proud to support our local non profits by offering a 20% Non Profit Discount on room rental.
The first step in planning your event is to select the Porter County Expo venue that will best suit your needs and budget. We are unique in northwest Indiana because we can offer you four different beautiful and newly renovated venues, from formal to casual, based on the number of guests you are planning for. Within each venue, you can choose from a menu of options to customize your event without breaking the bank. Scroll down this page to review our venues.
The Great Room offers just under 10,000 square feet. The contemporary design, decorated in earth tones and wood accents, allow this larger room to retain a warm, comfortable and formal atmosphere. The Great Room will accommodate up to 450 guests including a dance floor.

With 9,300 square feet, the Expo East is a more minimalist design in grey tones with exposed beams and a concrete floor, providing a relaxed and casual atmosphere. The Expo East will accommodate up to 550 guests.
