The Porter County Expo offers a wide variety of choices of bar service packages for your event at a location of your choice within the state of Indiana.

Our event specialists will work with you to choose a bar package that fits the needs of your event.

Listed below are our standard bar packages.

OPEN BAR SERVICE

We will run a tab for the host for all drinks consumed.
We will assist you to determine types and brands of liquor, as well at the time period needed.

CB1

CASH BAR SERVICE

The guests pay for each drink as they are ordered.
We will assist you to determine the types of brands and liquor, as well as the time period needed.

BAR PACKAGE #1

This package includes beer, wine and soft drinks only, at the rate of $16 per guest for 4 hours. 
Additional hour available at $3.50 per guest. Maximum of 5 hours.
Choice of 2 canned beers: Coors Light, Miller Lite, Miller Genuine Draft, Yuengling.
Choice of 3 house wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Rose, Moscato.
Seltzer:  White Claw
Soft Drinks: Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Starry

BAR PACKAGE #2

This package includes house mixed drinks, beer, wine, and soft drinks at the rate of $21 per guest for 4 hours. 
Additional hour available at $4.50 per guest. Maximum of 5 hours.
House Liquors: Tito's, Bacardi, Captain Morgan, Malibu, Dewars, Jim Beam, Seagrams 7, 
Jose Quervo, Bombay Sapphire, Peach Schnapps, Amaretto.
Choice of 2 canned beers: Coors Light, Miller Light, Miller Genuine Draft, Yuengling.

This package includes house & premium mixed drinks, beer, wine, and soft drinks at the rate of $23 per person for 4 hours. 
Additional hour available at $5 per guest. Maximum of 5 hours.
Premium Liquors: Absolut, Jack Daniels, Crown Royal, Tanqueray, Chivas.
House Liquors: Tito's, Bacardi, Captain Morgan, Malibu, Dewars, Jim Beam, Seagrams 7, Jose Quervo, Bombay Sapphire, Peach Schnapps, Amaretto.
Choice of 2 canned beers: Coors Light, Miller Light, Miller Genuine Draft, Yuengling, Seasonal

NA1

NON ALCOHOLIC PACKAGE

This package includes soft drinks and juices at the rate of $8 per guest for 4 hours.

BARTENDERS

Our licensed and experienced bartenders are charged at the rate of $21 per bartender per hour.
We charge for the length of the event PLUS three hours for set up, clean up and travel time.
The number of bartenders needed will be determined by our event specialist and will be based on the type of bar service, hours of service and guest count.
Excessive set up, clean up or travel time may result in additional charges per hour.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

When selecting a bar package for adults, guests under age 21 will be charged at the rate of $8.00 per person.
7% Indiana sales tax will be added to all invoices.
Prices are subject to change.
Guests must be age 21 or older to be served alcohol. ID's may be requested. 
Our bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
