With 9,300 square feet, the Expo East is a more minimalist design in grey tones with exposed beams and a concrete floor, providing a relaxed and casual atmosphere. The Expo East will accommodate up to 550 guests with table seating or 600 guests with theater seating.

Meetings With Table Seating*
Approximately $8 Per Person For 250 Guests to $6 Per Person For 550 Guests.
Includes Room Rental; 60" Round Tables That Seat Eight Guests; Upgraded Formal Chairs. Resin & Steel Chairs May Be Substituted Which Would Reduce The Price Per Person By $1.50 each.
Meetings With Theater Seating*
Approximately $4 Per Person For 400 Guests to $3 Per Person For 600 Guests.

The Expo can offer beverages, continental breakfast, boxed lunches and snacks for your meeting at an additional cost.
If your food and beverage needs are beyond the refreshments offered by the Expo, our approved caterers will work with you to plan your meals. The Expo is proud to offer a wide variety of caterers who represent some of the finest culinary establishments in northwest Indiana. Our approved caterers will work closely with you and our staff to help create an exceptional event for your guests. All of our food caterers are experienced and licensed.
